The value we design into your home goes far beyond the ordinary. Each home is designed by Shoreline principal Bernhard Thuersam who holds professional certifications in both building design AND interior design, and ensures that every square foot of the home is utilized efficiently.
We fit the home to your lot and take advantage of the best views, design the home to meet your needs and specific requirements, submit and guarantee timely architectural review board approvals, have the drawings sealed by a structural engineer to exceed NC Hurricane Code, and then monitor construction progress once the home is underway.
One of your best values is Mr. Thuersam's many years of experience and expertise in reviewing and analyzing contractor cost estimates and advising clients on what the best price really is, and comparing apples to apples. Once our initial meetings and preliminary design drawings are complete, we suggest meeting with builders to ascertain who will best meet your requirements of reputation and ability, as well as finding the "chemistry" which is the basis of great working relationships.
Our detailed drawings will assist them in preparing their acurate price for the home, and are accompanied by our specific allowances to help keep all estimates equal. When the bids are complete, our many years of experience will be at your disposal as we analyze them with you.
