From "small to large homes, simple to elegant...."

This elegant traditional home is a unique blend of light "Chesapeake Pearl" brick and taupe siding, highlighted by black shutters and mahogany-stained front and Garage doors. The craftmanship in this home is quickly apparent,  and nestled among the live oaks -- the home is absolutely stunning.  The jasmine is already wending its way over and around the columned-trellis framing the Garage doors.

This custom home is designed in a classic Carolina Low Country style with a metal porch roof. A rear-loading Garage with carriage-house doors, light mottled brick and horizontal siding, this home was designed to appear as an old plantation home renovated for today. The open and dramatic floor plan is signature-Shoreline, and the home is sited to fit into the many trees that surround and shelter it.

This all brick home features European-cottage styling with unique masonry details to accent the exterior, and board & batten gables for a speacial contrast. A dramatic 12' ceiling in the Dining Room is complemented by the vaulted Great Room ceiling and the high rear wall glass that provides views of the sky, golf course and the "Carolina Blue" sky. Traditional home design like this are timeless and look better with age.

"We assist our clients in the competitive bid process to help ensure that the best estimate of construction cost is selected and that the "low bid"...is really "the low bid". Our preferred builders appreciate this process as it allows them to be more accurate and competitive. And, this makes your final builder selection an "informed decision."
